Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Destinations

We deliver to complete residential and business addresses in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.

  • One delivery address may be used per order.
  • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
  • Some islands, free-zone facilities, restricted sites and remote areas may require additional time, access approval or collection from a courier service point.
Delivery Timeframes

Estimated standard delivery is 2โ€“4 business days after dispatch. The estimate begins when the parcel is handed to the courier, not when the order is placed.

Remote destinations, public holidays, launches, sale periods, customs reviews and events outside our reasonable control may extend delivery. The latest estimate is shown at Checkout and in your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Costs and Free Delivery

UAE standard delivery costs AED 10. Free standard delivery is applied automatically when the merchandise subtotal from products in our Bracelet category reaches AED 70. Products from other categories do not contribute to this threshold; if the Bracelet subtotal qualifies in a mixed order, free delivery applies to the whole order.

The final delivery method and fee are shown at Checkout in AED before payment. No other delivery promotion is assumed unless it appears at Checkout.

Order Processing and Dispatch

In-stock orders normally require 1โ€“2 business days for payment verification, stock confirmation, quality checks and packing. Pre-order, made-to-order or personalised products follow the date shown on the Product page.

Orders placed during weekends, UAE public holidays, launches or sale periods may take longer. Contact us as soon as possible if an address must be corrected; changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.

Tracking Your Order

When your parcel is dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation with the courier name and tracking link. Registered customers can also review order status in My Account > Orders; guest customers may use Track My Order with their order number and email address.

The courier may request an adult signature or a one-time delivery code. Do not share a delivery code until the parcel is physically presented to you.

Split Shipments

Items from one order may be dispatched in separate parcels because of availability, size or warehouse location. Each parcel receives its own tracking link. You will not be charged more than the delivery total confirmed at Checkout solely because we divide an order into multiple shipments.

Address Restrictions and Remote Areas

Please provide the recipientโ€™s full name, mobile number, emirate or country, city, street, building or villa name, apartment or unit number and any access instructions. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay or prevent delivery.

We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Courier access restrictions, remote-area limitations and oversized-product requirements may result in a revised estimate or cancellation with a full refund before dispatch.

Duties and Taxes

Orders delivered within the UAE do not incur import duties. Applicable UAE VAT is displayed as required in the order summary and at Checkout.

Delayed, Missing, Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries

If tracking has not moved, the delivery estimate has passed, or a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, please check with household members or reception and then Contact Us.

For an incorrect, incomplete or visibly damaged delivery, keep the product and packaging and contact us as soon as possibleโ€”ideally within 48 hoursโ€”with the order number, parcel label and clear photographs. The 48-hour request helps us investigate quickly and does not remove your statutory rights.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
