Are products sold by Aruzas authentic?
Yes. Aruzas sells only products that it has approved and sourced for sale. The Product page identifies the product, its principal characteristics and any product-specific conditions.
Where can I find specifications, dimensions and care information?
Open the relevant Product page and review Product Description and Product Details before ordering. If information needed for your decision is not shown, contact us and we will help you verify it.
Why can colour, texture or scale look different on screen?
Photography, lighting, display settings and individual materials can affect how a product appears. Please use the written dimensions and specifications as well as the images when making your selection.
Where can I find the PLA and PETG filament ranges?
Browse PLA Basic, PLA Silk and PLA + for our PLA range. For PETG, start with PETG HF or explore Transparent, Transparent Sparkle, Metal, Galaxy and Opalescent finishes in the 3D Printing catalogue. Open a family page to choose the series and colour, then check the selected SKU and product details before ordering.
Which carbon-fibre and glass-fibre filament families do you offer?
We offer carbon-fibre-reinforced PETG CF, PA6 CF and ABS CF10, plus glass-fibre-reinforced PETG GF, PA6 GF and ABS GF10. CF and GF identify the reinforcement type. Check the specific material page and your printer compatibility before ordering. Contact us to confirm any application-critical specifications or product-specific certification documents.
What does the PETG Transparent Sparkle finish look like?
PETG Transparent Sparkle combines a transparent coloured base with white reflective flakes. The flakes create highlights under light; they are not coloured star-shaped particles. It differs from PETG Transparent, which does not have the same sparkle finish. Product images are indicative, and printed appearance varies with settings, thickness and lighting. Glass-like clarity in a finished print is not guaranteed.
How do Apex and Forma options affect the colour and SKU counts?
Apex and Forma are selectable series. A colour available in both series has a separate SKU for each series, so the SKU count can be greater than the number of distinct colours. PETG HF offers Forma in cold white and black, which also appear in Apex. Select the material, series and colour, and check the SKU shown. Do not assume every colour or material is available in both series.
Does a 1 kg spool include the spool and packaging weight?
Each spool contains 1 kg of printing filament. Net weight is 1.115 kg when the 115 g spool is included; packaged gross weight is 1.3 kg with the retail box and other packaging. These figures refer to different packaging stages, not different amounts of filament. The same definitions appear under Product Details on our filament family pages.
Purchasing Online
How do I place an online order?
Select an available product, add it to your Bag and proceed to Checkout. Enter the requested delivery and payment details, review the final total and policies, select the required acceptance checkbox, then choose Place Order. We will send an order acknowledgement to the email address provided.
Which currency and charges will I see at Checkout?
The UAE store currently displays and charges in United Arab Emirates dirhams (AED). Applicable tax, delivery charges and the final amount you authorise are shown at Checkout before you place the order.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will try to help, but a change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing or dispatch has begun. Eligible delivered items may instead be returned under the Returns and Refunds Policy.
Shipping and Delivery
Where does Aruzas currently deliver?
Online delivery is currently available to complete residential and business addresses across all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, and some restricted or remote locations may need extra time or an alternative arrangement.
How much is delivery, and can I enquire about international orders?
UAE standard delivery costs AED 20 for orders below AED 200, and is free for orders of AED 200 or more, based on the merchandise subtotal before coupons. The final delivery fee is shown at checkout. International enquiries are reviewed individually: availability, freight and lead time are confirmed for the destination. See Shipping and Delivery or Business Enquiries for the appropriate route.
When should my UAE order arrive?
In-stock orders normally require 1–2 business days for verification, quality checks and packing. Standard delivery is then estimated at 2–4 business days after dispatch. The latest estimate and any delivery fee are shown at Checkout.
How can I track my delivery?
We send the courier name and tracking link when a parcel is dispatched. Registered customers can also check My Account > Orders, while guest customers can use Track My Order with their order number and billing email address.
Returns
How long do I have to request a return?
You may request a return for an eligible item within 30 calendar days from its delivery date. If an order arrives in separate parcels, the return window for each item begins when that item is delivered.
What condition must a returned item be in?
For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, unaltered, undamaged and suitable for resale. Include all original packaging, labels, tags, seals, protective materials, documentation, components, accessories and complimentary items supplied with the order.
How do I start a return?
Open My Account > Orders and use Request a Return if it is available for the order. Guest customers, or customers who want advice first, can contact Customer Care. Wait for approval, a return reference and the correct collection or shipping instructions before sending anything back.
