Scope, Acceptance and Related Policies

Part I covers Website use, including lawful commercial enquiries. Part II covers direct retail checkout for supported UAE addresses. Part III covers quotation requests and separately agreed trade orders. Part IV contains shared legal provisions. Sending an enquiry does not, by itself, classify you as a business buyer or waive mandatory consumer rights.

Read our UAE Shipping and Delivery Policy, UAE Returns and Refunds Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. The UAE retail delivery offer is not a worldwide delivery promise.

Checkout acceptance applies to the retail Conditions of Sale. Enquiry acceptance applies to the enquiry rules, not to a sales contract or payment authorisation.

Eligibility and Customer Status

You must have legal capacity to contract, be at least 18 where required, and have authority to act for any business you represent. Provide accurate buyer, contact and destination details.

Personal purchases and lawful commercial quotation requests are welcome. Wholesale, distribution and international trade terms are reviewed before acceptance. We may refuse unlawful transactions or unsupported supply routes; selecting a country is not a promise that every product can lawfully be supplied there.

Accounts and Account Security

You may shop as a guest where this option is available or create an account. Information supplied to us must be complete, current and accurate. You are responsible for keeping your password, verification codes and account access confidential and for signing out on shared devices.

Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or use. We may temporarily restrict an account where reasonably necessary to protect you, Aruzas or other customers, investigate suspected misuse or comply with law. We will not ask for your password, card PIN or one-time banking code.

Permitted Use and Intellectual Property

You may browse, buy and submit lawful business enquiries. You must not interfere with security, introduce malicious code, gain unauthorised access, misuse another account, harvest data or overload the Website.

Aruzas and its licensors retain rights in the brand, images, text, software and designs. You may retain reasonable extracts for your purchase or quotation records. Other copying, redistribution or reuse of our content requires permission.

Website Content, Availability and External Services

We take reasonable care to keep Website information accurate and current. Colour, texture, scale and other visual details may vary according to the device, display settings, photography and the characteristics of individual materials. Product information shown at the time of an accepted order remains subject to the express terms in the Order Confirmation.

We may maintain, update, suspend or withdraw a Website feature when reasonably required. Access may also be affected by internet, hosting, payment, courier or other third-party systems. Links to external websites are provided for convenience; their content and terms are controlled by their operators.

Privacy and Cookies

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Our Cookie Policy explains the technologies used on the Website and the choices available to you.

Payment providers, couriers and other service providers may process information needed to complete your order or provide their services. Their role and the legal basis for sharing are described in the Privacy Policy.

Part II

Conditions of Sale

The contract terms for online purchases delivered to an address in the United Arab Emirates.

Products and Availability

The Product page describes the principal characteristics, available options and price of each Product offered online. Please read the description, dimensions, compatibility, care information, warnings and any Product-specific restrictions before ordering.

All Products are subject to availability. Placing an item in your Bag does not reserve it. We may change the assortment, limit quantities or withdraw a Product before your order is accepted. Pre-order, made-to-order, personalised, digital, perishable, hygiene-sensitive or otherwise restricted Products will carry additional information where applicable.

If a Product becomes unavailable, we will not substitute another Product without your agreement. We will notify you, cancel the affected item and release or refund any amount collected for it.

Prices, Taxes and Charges

Prices for the UAE market are displayed in United Arab Emirates dirhams (AED). Any tax that Aruzas is legally required to charge, together with delivery or payment-service charges, will be itemised or clearly reflected at Checkout before you place the order. The final order total shown immediately before Place Order is the amount you authorise us to collect.

We do not add logistics or digital-payment fees that were not disclosed before purchase. Promotions apply only on their stated terms and while valid. If an obvious pricing or calculation error is identified before acceptance, we may reject the order and invite you to order at the correct price. If identified after acceptance, we will contact you and offer the choice of proceeding at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

Placing an Order

Checkout guides you through Product selection, delivery details, available delivery methods, payment and final review. You can correct information before selecting Place Order. Please check Product options, quantities, recipient name, complete delivery address, mobile number, email address and payment details carefully.

Selecting Place Order submits an offer to buy the Products in your Bag under the version of these Terms displayed at that time. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of the request but does not, by itself, mean that we have accepted it.

You are responsible for information you provide. Contact us immediately if you notice an error after submission. Address or Product changes cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.

Order Acceptance and Contract Formation

A binding sales contract is formed when we send an email expressly confirming acceptance of the order (the Order Confirmation). The Order Confirmation will identify the accepted Products, price, delivery charges, payment method and delivery details. The contract is between you and Aruzas Trading L.L.C-FZ.

We may accept Products within one order separately. If only part of an order is accepted, you will be charged only for the accepted Products and any correctly recalculated delivery charge. Keep the Order Confirmation and a copy of these Terms for your records.

Payment and Verification

Available payment methods are displayed at Checkout. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected method and authorise the relevant amount, including disclosed charges, to be reserved or collected.

Payment may be authorised when the order is submitted and captured when or after the order is accepted, depending on the payment method. A bank may show a temporary authorisation even if an order is not accepted; release timing is controlled by the bank.

We and our payment providers may carry out identity, address, sanctions, fraud-prevention and payment checks. If verification fails or payment is declined, the order may not be accepted or may be cancelled. Any amount collected for a cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method.

Order Refusal, Cancellation and Quantity Limits

We may refuse or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including unavailability, failed payment or verification, an obvious price or description error, suspected fraud or unlawful activity, suspected resale, breach of quantity limits, an unsupported or incomplete delivery address, a Product restriction, or a material breach of these Terms.

We will explain the general reason where lawful and practical and will release or refund any amount collected for cancelled Products. We may not be able to disclose confidential fraud-prevention or security criteria.

You may ask to cancel before dispatch by using Contact Us. Cancellation is not guaranteed once processing begins. After dispatch, use the Returns and Refunds Policy.

Delivery, Ownership and Risk

We currently accept online orders only for supported delivery addresses in the United Arab Emirates. Available methods, charges and estimates are shown at Checkout and explained in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and may be affected by address access, public holidays, exceptional demand or events outside reasonable control. We will provide tracking where available. Products may be dispatched in separate parcels without increasing the delivery total confirmed at Checkout solely because of the split.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, takes physical possession. Ownership passes after we have received full cleared payment. If incorrect or incomplete address information causes a failed delivery, reasonable re-delivery or recovery costs may apply where disclosed and permitted by law.

Returns, Refunds, Defects and Warranty

Our UAE change-of-mind policy allows an eligible Product to be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to the conditions and exclusions in the Returns and Refunds Policy. Any Product stated to be non-returnable for change of mind will be clearly identified before purchase where required.

The change-of-mind policy is additional to your mandatory rights. If a Product is damaged, defective, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or does not conform to the accepted order, contact us promptly. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the remedy may include repair, replacement, price reduction, cancellation or refund, together with reasonable authorised return costs.

Any separate manufacturer or commercial warranty supplied with a Product applies on its stated terms and does not replace mandatory consumer rights. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method unless another method is required or agreed.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Part III

Enquiries and Trade Quotations

A quotation request is not a purchase, an accepted PI or a payment instruction.

From Your Bag to a Reviewed Quotation

Submit the SKUs, variants and quantities in your Bag together with the buyer and delivery details. Your request, an automatic acknowledgement and any internal PI / sales-order draft do not accept an order, reserve goods or authorise payment. We review availability, lawful supply, prices and terms before issuing a quotation.

Price, Validity and Customer Confirmation

The issued quotation / PI identifies the buyer, goods, quantities, currency, price, freight, taxes and duties responsibilities, named delivery place and payment conditions. Unless that issued PI states otherwise, its quotation is valid for 14 days from its issue date, not from submission of the enquiry or creation of an internal draft.

A trade order requires the final PI to be confirmed by both parties. Changes to agreed price, payment or delivery obligations require an agreed revised PI; a later CI, internal plan or receipt does not silently change the agreement. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Country Recommendation and Saved PI Details

We use approximate IP-based country information to recommend a browsing market on a new visit and again after login. You may switch it during the visit. A manual choice expires after 30 minutes without a page visit. IP location may be inaccurate; your confirmed buyer and delivery addresses, not your IP, determine the order details.

If you choose to save PI details in your account, they may be reused for later enquiries. Changing that profile does not rewrite previous enquiries, quotations or orders. Country selection does not change your saved addresses. Unpriced markets are quotation-only; a local currency label is not an exchange-rate conversion or an offer to charge in that currency.

Records, Privacy and Version History

We retain the submitted request, applicable terms version and acceptance record to prepare quotations, administer orders and preserve transaction evidence. Our commerce and Zoho order-management service providers process the information necessary for these purposes under the Privacy Policy. Marketing consent is separate.

New versions apply prospectively. A request record does not prove that a subsequent PI has been accepted; that confirmation is recorded separately.
